Overview

Embark on an epic adventure with Sven the fearless Viking, who has been abducted by aliens to an unknown planet. The 2D action side-scroller pixel-art game combines intense combat and complex platforming mechanics, challenging you to use Sven's abilities wisely to survive and escape. Navigate through hostile environments filled with extraterrestrial foes determined to prevent Sven's journey to return home to Earth.

Install instructions

Step 1: Unpack the Download

  • After downloading, locate the .zip file you have downloaded. This file contains everything you need to start playing.
  • Right-click on the .zip file and select "Extract All..." or use your favorite archive manager to unzip the files to a folder of your choice.

Step 2: Launch the Game

  • Navigate to the folder where you extracted the files.
  • Double-click on BTS_S2_Test.exe to start the installation process.

Step 3: Bypass the Windows Security Warning

  • Upon attempting to run the game, you might see a Windows security alert titled "Windows protected your PC".
  • Click on "More info" to reveal the "Run anyway" button. Click on "Run anyway" to proceed.
    • Note: This warning appears because the game is not signed with a digital certificate. We assure you that the software has been thoroughly tested and is safe to run.

Step 4: Enjoy the Game

*Quick side note. In order to exit the game, one needs to close the application itself. As the current build was intended to be played on an arcade machine.
